If you are unable to submit a clear image of your ID using your webcam, you can alternatively try using a mobile device.
1. Access the resubmission email from Integrity Advocate on your mobile Device
2. Click on the "RESUBMIT" button
3. Scroll to the bottom of the email and click "Continue"
4. Proceed to retake your participant and ID photo with your mobile device. Once complete the following message will appear:
"Thank you for resubmitting your identification. This window may now be closed."
